Leading teams to be their best: joining information

Joining information

Welcome to this special training event to be held in Adelaide, March 9 to 10, 2016.

You will be joining a group of people who have given priority to their own development and effectiveness as leaders committed to excellent teamwork. Come prepared for an intriguing, satisfying and exciting two days.

Starting and finishing times

The workshop will start at 08:30 and finish at 17:00 each day

There is no formal pre-work for this course. But your learning will be enhanced if you come prepared to discuss two or three different situations in which you found  the responses you expected or hoped for from yourself or other people just simply did not occur. Remember the focus for the two days is teams performing at their optimum.

These situations can cover settings such as one-on-one conversations, group/team meetings, behavior of one individual that limits a group or significant change events/processes.

You will be provided with writing materials and reference materials

In the interests of sustainability, we will be providing you with electronic copies of documents, videos, slide presentations and other related material during the workshop.

Tablets: iPads, iPhone Plus, Samsung devices, Surface Pro and similar devices

If you have access to one of this group of devices, then please bring it with you – fully charged and ready for use!

All refreshments during the day will be provided.
