Complex problems – process and facilitation


 

Problems are more complex than often first thought. The best efforts by clients to tackle them using straight forward approaches sometimes, to their dismay, compound the problem. This is especially so when the issue involves people’s feelings, politics, vested interests, opposing cultures, and stakeholders at a distance who cannot be influenced easily, just to name a few.

We have developed many different and profoundly useful ways to get at such complex issues in order to help leaders reduce and focus them to manageable and realistic outcomes.

This work provides our clients with the ways and means to address complex problems and make concrete progress. When we leave we install this capability in the client organizations we have helped.
