Resolve Difference

 

So much of what we do for clients is surfacing unspoken or unknown differences in ways that are safe for all involved and finding outcomes that work for everybody. They may be differences of values and beliefs, of perceptions, of needs, of goals.

These differences may be among members of a Board, among executives, between management and the workforce, between client and vendors or suppliers, or between cultures.

Conflict resolution is a core competency, but not in the usual linear way that it is mostly practiced. We use a range of methodologies based on positive achievements and outcomes for all involved, that minimize cost and wastage in whatever form, and lead to outcomes that all parties can live with happily.
