The selection of people and teams for tasks and challenges before them is really an exercise in minimizing the chance of error. We have built an extraordinarily effective mix of tools, frameworks and intuitions over 40 years of consulting to help Boards and senior executives drastically reduce their chance of error in judging the suitability and capability of people for particular roles and challenges in front of them.

But more than this we have a range of tried and true tools for understanding the deep culture and functioning of teams, groups and whole organizations, both at a conscious and unconscious level. We can aid leaders in planning or reviewing the deep unconscious results of their efforts for change and provide them with accurate assessments of the state of the organization and its people.
